Product offers 'no hassle' 30-day return policy for unopened packaging. Upon receipt and further investigation, including that they are marketing 'FDA' on their website implying the product is FDA-approved, which, in fact, only one ingredient is approved (Minoxidil) is highly misleading. The package arrive, originally from China, via an address 2864 Parson Blvd, Queens, NY, 11357, which, subsequently, became known to be associated with several other reported alleged scams for unrelated products. Upon inspecting of the packaging, contents, labeling, and the lack of any accompanying information, I did not feel comfortable and proceeded to initiate the refund inquiry. 4 or 5 exchanges with customer support occurred, each time they would incrementally offer me 20%, 30%, 50%, 65, 75% refund, all the while approaching the required 30-day return window. They would not provide a return address and it appears they were trying to exhaust the 30-day return window. Again, the website clearly outlines their return policy, which they were refusing to abide by.
