I booked with this girl that is a braider through Instagram. It was for a next day appointment because she had posted she had open availability. I paid a $175 deposit and was scheduled for 6:30PM. The day I was supposed to be serviced I reached out and asked if she could wash and blow dry my hair seeing as I had a busy day and the appointment was later in the day I wanted to make sure it was fresh for her to braid. She moved me up to 5:30PM to account for the wash and blow dry. She then texted me around 4PM saying her client had her running behind and trying to reschedule me to the next day. I proceeded to tell her that I couldn’t and she let me know she wouldn’t be done with her current client until 8:30PM and was still expecting me to show up at 6PM. I asked if I would have to wait once I showed up and she proceeded to inform me that I couldn’t even wait inside and had to wait 3 hours outside. She is refusing to give me my money back even though all the issues we are having with my appointment are her fault
