I purchased products from her and I have not received any or a refund. It’s been well over 6 months of me emailing her. She stated she processed the refund but I never received my money back. This is a horrible business and I hope people stop buying her products

I really be tryna support black businesses but the fact I ordered hair magic by Mary received only part of my order and when I said something was told it’d be sent out the next day...never received it...emailed 6 times over the course of 3 months then finally got a response... Was told all orders had been sent and to check with the post office (mind you I was never given a tracking number for the missing items that were “sent”) Once I said that and that my post office had no undelivered mail for me the story then changed to “We have issued a partial refund for any missing items. Once issued, we sent out a new receipt to the phone number or email associated with the order. Please check your text, bank statements and/or email for this update.”...which was unsure! Provided proof it was untrue and was asked to send another way to receive a refund...I responded with my PayPal cashapp and even asked if she wanted my Venmo. All this took place over the course of 4 months (my order was placed in august)! Have I received the product? No! A refund? No! And last time I reached out said the email address couldn’t be found

Made a $150 purchase and it took a month to get to me. Not to mention I paid for priority shipping so it was pointless. When the order got to me I was missing a $20 product and the items had chip crumbs all over it. I reached out multiple times Via instagram & email and got no response. Customer service is Terrible! But she posts her and friends partying everyday in the salon. I never received my $20 refund & just taking it as a lose at this point. I’ll never support this business again. I’ll rather support the professional people without the following.

This was my 1st time trying to order from on June,2020. I recieved my invoice to pay very fast and efficient. Then I followed her shipping rules she states it takes up to 14 business days for items to be shipped out. I went all the way to 20 business days no tracking or any updates on my order. I then reached out to the company email as she stated for any concerns or questions. It stated it takes up to 72hrs for a response back. I waited almost 7 business days still no response. I then sent a message to actually hairmagic website no response and I even reached out Via her Ig business page still no response. She posted she was dropping off deliveries Monday- Wed every week on her Ig page but when I go to ask a question she goes mute. I believe shes overselling her products and not being honest. She has terrible customer service, and from the sounds of it a potential scam artist. I really wanted to support black owned business but I will pass on hers. Please all those looking to purchase please beware

I ordered from Mary trying to support my city and I had the worst experience ever. I will NEVER buy her products again or tel anyone to buy from her. I ordered from her in March 2020 and she sent me tracking information weeks later. Then a month later she emailed saying she didn’t have bottles to ship my products. How is that if you already sent me tracking information stating my package was shipped. When I decided to send her a nice nasty email by package was finally shipped overnight. I don’t even care to use the damn products cause she got a nasty [censored] attitude and she unprofessional as hell. She blocked me on social media after I ordered from her, mind you I don’t know her from a man and a moon. She is trash and continue to boost about her products but scamming people at the same time.

On January 4,2020 i placed two orders and only received the $15 order and not the $70. Business is very unprofessional i have contacted her so many times and my issue has yet to be resolved. Do not recommend this lady to anybody. I’m pretty sure there is a lot of people who has not received their packages due to her not sending it out. Only way you will get your products for sure is if you go in her studio and get it other than that it’s a possibility you won’t get anything just a waste of money honestly.

I had purchased two large jars of hair magic by mary back in January 12, 2015 and i STILL haven't gotten my products. I've tried reaching out to Mary on instagram and via email so many times and nobody will contact me back nor will she give me a refund. I paid almost $35 and she won't give me my products or refund me my money. There are so many complaints on her instagram page with people who have not received their products that they had already paid for. I tried to upload more pictures but i was only able to do the one.
