This girl called and said she was an independent process server and she had papers to serve me regarding a court case. She then referred me to a different number and said this was the filing office. Called “filing office” and she (same girl) answered and said she was a different name and told me I had a Bank of America credit card debt from 15 years ago that needed to be paid or else they were taking me to court. I have no such debt and nothing is on my credit report of this nature. I did previously so she must have access to some sort of old records. Anyway, she tried to scare me and say they would serve me and take me to court unless I set up a restitution payment through her. I refused and hung up.
