Their (Fake) mortgage ID 2054-929-451.

“This is time sensitive so please call us at 877-788-7572”

I never had a mortgage and bought some land recently, which was published in the paper. They used the date from that.

Several of our bank's customers have received postcards regarding their "recently closed mortgage with (us)". These postcards do NOT come from us and we have not given them permission to send these or use our name. It appears the company is trying to sell mortgage protection insurance. When you call the number, it is usally an automated system, which asks for the Mortgage ID # listed on the postcard, and then starts asking personal questions. As far as we know, none of our customers have called the number directly and given them personal information, or attempted to buy any product from the scammers.
