I have not received any bills in my name, nor have I had any outstanding charges to any company. I am to date on everything financially and out of the blue I get a call saying that I'm in a lawsuit, or I owe money on my vehicle. This is the second time they have called from this number for two different reasons. I was asked to use a H & R account number, but I have no emails from this company, nothing to suggest I have an account with this company. I'm very confused. After I was "transferred" to a different ringtone, the telephone prompt asked for my first name and to spell out my last name in full. I decided to hang up the phone.
