I ordered a product from gypsylustco through an ad I saw on Facebook on July 20. It looked very legit. When I ordered the product it directed me to freespiritedshop.com where I placed my order. I received a confirmation email and order number and was told they would notify me when it shipped. In early September I realized I never received my product so I emailed on September 2 asking about my order. I emailed again on September 12 and September 18 when I did not receive a response. Finally on September 22 I received an email response from GypsyLustCo Customer Service Team saying they were sorry to hear about my complaint and that they would look into this and get back to me ASAP with an update. I emailed again on September 23 telling them that I checked the tracking number and it said that the product never shipped. On September 26 I checked the tracking number again but this time it said it was delivered - to a mailbox in a city an hour away from me. I never received the product. Interesting how 2 months after I placed the order it still hadn't shipped, but within days of me saying I checked the tracking number it was "delivered." I emailed again on September 26 saying that it was "delivered" to the wrong city, and have continued to email the company every few days for the last several weeks and still have not received any response. BEWARE OF GYPSYLUSTCO AND FREE SPIRITED SHOP! THEY ARE A SCAM!
