I ordered a pack of shirts from this company in June. When they didn't arrive in a timely manner, I emailed them. They said they had been delivered. After going back and forth a few times I realized that a package containing a "cooling towel" was sent to me by mistake in lieu of my order. I have been arguing with them over a refund (which they keep promising but never follow through with) for a month, because they say the shirts are out of stock. Also, they refuse to refund the 10.99 shipping costs. They did eventually tell me to keep the towel, after I refused to send it back to China, but did offer to pay for it.

They've told me many times my refund is on its way, but I have not received it. I now believe this was a scam from the start.

Items were purchased through an ad on Facebook. The company says that the order was processed, shipped, and delivered. There was no package received. When I tried to contact the company, the account I had created did not exist. I was however able to contact the company via email about the issue. The company said they reshipped the order and it would arrive in 7-30 days. No package has received up to this point, so again reached out to the company. They are now saying that the package has been lost and asked about issuing a partial credit. I have responded multiple times that a full refund is due since order was not received.

I ordered a set of tops which came to about $34 with shipping, plus was promised a few pairs of underwear for free. I have emails to support this, with pictures of the clothes. I received a Cool Towel worth $2. The tracking info was the same, but the contents of the package were not what I ordered. They are ignoring my emails requesting a refund.

Purchased items after reviewing items and website had legitimate security measures. However, I never received the items and after further research found that this company does this a lot.
