Gymdays.club SCAM

I got charged $2 for a subscription which I did not avail. Please be careful on shopping online and clicking ads on facebook for products offered portion of its price. I called my bank immediately to cancel my account as there will be a recurring fee after 3 days. Gymdays.club is a Scam!

I received an email that stated I needed to pay for shipping to get my package. I do order items online and I thought this was something i ordered. As I was reviewing this with my daughter, we looked into it. It was a classic example of a bait and switch. I received an email with a picture of a box, and asked to pay the delivery. I paid the delivery and as we looked into it, I was subscribed to an online service. There is no package coming. I am 72 years old and do not need an online service. I have the original emails if you would like to see the initial offer which was then converted to an online service.

I tried to add a screenshot of the email I received. After checking into the charge, the bank information all refers to GYMDAYS.

I was able to lookup your account and confirmed the item you are referring to is the following: You paid $2.00 to get access to our membership site. IF you do not cancel this membership within 3 days the subscription does rebill, until cancelled. If you would like to cancel please let me know

I can confirm the account is now cancelled. You will not be billed any further. Please allow up to 24 hours for a confirmation of the cancel be sent to your email. We also suggest to check spam/junk folder in case it may be delivered to that folder.

My apologies but we are not aware of those kinds of ads, you must have been redirected to a different domain by mistake.Instead of going to where you originally intended to, you end up on our website.which is why we immediately canceled your subscription

Please be aware that this is explained in our terms in conditions that the 2 USD is non refundable. The fee is set up with a code from your bank in order to approve that charge, and this is why we are unable to refund the charge since you did originally agree to the sign up. What I can do for you today is confirm the account is cancelled and no future charges will be billed to you.
