I placed an order on a Saturday with this company online, the website looks beautiful. I received an email confirmation of order. I immediately contacted them via email to ask a question on a Sat. Sunday still never heard back from them, as I was surprised as the site states the following:

"We will do WHATEVER it takes to assist everyone as we highly value our customer satisfaction with absolute ZERO risks. We make sure that every customer is 110% satisfied in every aspect with 24/7/365 FAST SUPPORT!"

Now I am concerned this is not a legit business. I call again on Monday around 2:00pm est., no answer at both numbers....leave phone messages at two different phone numbers (512 952 5791) *a texas number & (650.339.7866) *Calif number.

I text the numbers stating I want to cancel order. NO response. I call later Monday night around 6:30pm and leave a message, no response....It is now Tuesday and no response from company.

I have contacted my bank to reverse the charges of the order. DO NOT purchase from this business.
