"Gunter" wants to buy a property we have for sale in Vermont. He supposedly has $17.5 in a London bank account of which we will receive 20% for our trouble after we travel to London to pick up the money for the sale. Plus we are to send him $157,000 from the funds for his relocation to the U.S.
