I attempted to purchase a product from their website. I was advised on the order page that my bank card would not go through(thankfully!), and that I would be contacted by email on this order as it was on hold. When I received that email they asked that I pay by Zelle, Zenmo, PayPal, or GooglePay and to advise them in a reply to this email which payment method I wanted to use. I tried answering the email but never received a response. The next day after the order was placed and having not received any answer to my email reply, I called the number listed for the business and got no answer. The voice mail was an automated message by the phone company and I left a message. I then texted that number asking for payment info. None of these attempts resulted in an answer from them. I went to the website, opened up the account I had created the day before and then opened up a chat and asked them to supply the info to me so that I could pay with PayPal. I was then told to send the payment to an individual, not a business address and was also told to send it by Friends and Family. I questioned this in the chat and they shut the chat window down.
