On 04/04/2022 I tried to buy a rifle from gunsonlinestore.com The only payment method was Bitcoin or Zelle. I tried Zelle since my bank is automatically set up with Zelle. The user id was restricted. So, I looked them up and found this scam report site. Today, 04/05/2022, Blake Crawford texted me from 1-203-433-2441 and gave me a new Zelle name and email to try. It was [email protected] with the name Orlando Villa. These guys are persistent. They did not get me for any money but, that is because you all reported this and I got lucky enough to find it. Thank you!

SCAM ALERT!!!

They tried to scam me also! Had a firearm I could't find anywhere else. Wanted me to send payment to a cell phone (651-313-4734) via Zelle to India Owens. Blake Crawford was texting me from a mobile number (412-450-0018)

Just don't do it. I let myself ignore the red flags because I really wanted to get a particular model for my wife.

Red Flags

* Only online store with product
* Payment options limited to only those which have no option for restitution (Zelle)
* Recipient email from generic domain, not domain of store (gmail.com)
* NO CERTIFICATE FOR SITE (I really should have caught that one)
* Little to no information online (I swear I did a search first. If had seen this page I would not have complete the purchase)

Remediation? The money is gone but it may be possible to knock them offline at least temporarily

* Look up company on Dunn and Bradstreet (dnb.com -- great if you like doxing)
* File police report (include details of company from above)
* File complaint with Zelle
* File complaint with domain registrar (lookup.icann.org -- NAMECHEAPHOSTING.COM at this time)
* File complaint with chat service (it is crisp.chat -- they require a police report)
* File complaint with hosting service (hostingchecker.com - currently it is web-hosting.com)
* Repeat as needed.

Same here made a purchase on Aug, 13, 2020 spoke to Gerald Nando and sent payment by Zelle and was told would be shipped out the next day, spoke to Brandon via chat and asked for a tracking number no response , contacted my bank they said they would look into it but could not do anything because I approved it. even though the bank has there information they will not help.

I made a purchase for two firearms on September 16, 2020. I like the rest of you received a text message from an individual asking me to zelle the money to a [email protected]

I made the payment as requested. I received confirmation and then a week later when I tried to contact the same number that texted me the need to pay via Zelle that number was disconnected. I then spent several days trying to use the chat function on their website and no one would ever respond. As of today, October 29, I see that the website is down I made the payment as requested. I also filed a complaint with my local bank but because I initiated the Zelle transaction they indicated that they could not refund my money. I have also filed a complaint with Zelle as well as the FBI. This person Hass to have a bank somewhere in order to receive the funds in order to have a bank there has to be a name and contact information. So I hope they find a son of a b[censored]

Purchased a gun sent the money, NEVER received any product, email response, receipt, or NOTHING took my money ---same experience as all others...took money through Zelle who they are using as their private piggy bank. Zelle is a useless app that "doesn't help" Our bank tried to recover the money. I've reported them to FBI, hopefully they will move in soon...IF YOUR LISTENING -- THEY ARE COMING FOR YOU "BRANDON ARTIS - or whoever you are!

I tried to purchase a VR80 Rock Island shotgun for $629.00. like several others here the payment was taken and then all communications stopped! A person at email [email protected] took my money. this person stated my the order is good and they received the money and my order would be shipped out the next morning. No email was sent to me confirming it was shipped nor was a shipping number given to me. the messenger app a guy named Tony was talking to me. The app seemed to freeze and I could no longer get someone to respond or reply to any questions. they never contacted my FFL dealer nor has the shotgun been sent! Supposedly my money is being refunded however it has not been placed back in my bank account.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

I attempted to purchase a firearm from the site yesterday using the Zelle app. i sent $459 to Brandon Artis ([email protected]) they sent order confirmation emails and once the person on chat confirmed payment went through nothing. I went back to the site where the chat was prompt and helpful in making the order and no reply at all. I wish this page would have come up in my search to verify if it was a safe safe site yesterday

The website looks legit, but I started thinking how come this store has everything in stock when almost everybody else in California is out off shotguns. I filled out order form anyway. Then hi started texting with me. Final warning flag come out when hi ask me to send cash payment to private email address.

Same here. Made a purchase on 9/22/2020. Scam site. Once they receive your money, they no longer reply to you (chat, email, etc.). I was hesitant at first, but apparently not hesitant enough to not go through with the purchase. I should have listen to my gut. Lesson learned for sure.

The “About Us” is very generic. Only website that will go get FFL info instead of you having to have them fax the FFL info instead that I’ve ever seen. Also their info in the “About Us” says a different website. Says “Understanding the background process is what Guns.com will do for you. Their website is supposedly gunonlinesales.com Also this website DOES NOT take debit/credit cards. They ONLY TAKE Zelle, Cash app, money gram and Bitcoin. All these payment ways are easy to fake an identity or completely untraceable all together (i.e: Bitcoin and moneygram) DONT NOT EVEN BOTHER TRYING. Everything just screams scam. They have “Live Help Chat” but when I wrote “You don’t take credit or debit cards huh? You want Bitcoin and moneygram? Somehow you also have a so called HELP LINE but you have to text it. You are nothing but pathetic scam artist. Kill yourself.” Funny how they start to write a response several times yet never bothered to answer and gave up. Screw this guy and his pathetic attempt to scam instead of getting a job.
