This company provides a nice web presence with competitive pricing. They demand payment upfront via Zelle and agree to ship as soon as payment is received. Everything appeared fine EXCEPT I never got the product. They ignored all requests for updates three weeks after the product was to have shipped (Los Angeles to San Diego). Today (one month and three days AFTER they received payment) I asked for a status update OR refund (second request for refund of $330 purchase - including shipping). They responded via on-line chat that the product has shipped. When requested to provide shipment information, they would only provide [to an FFL near you]. FFL Means Federal Firearms License (the purchase was for gunpowder and primers for ammo reloading). They REFUSED to provide the name of the FFL dealer so that I might pick up the order, then DEMANDED another $150 to ship. It sounds like a shakedown for another $150. I was stupid once, not again. I will likely never see my product or my $330. Never pay upfront...
