This site and it’s operator are a Scam. Support emails bounce, phone support has a response and then busy signal hang up.
CC payment has posted, no product shipped/emailed!
Stay away!

Agree with above complaints. This a complete scam by Gumaystore. I paid the company with a card and never received a link for the download. Now their page won't load, nobody answers the phone, and nobody answers their email. Phone number answers with "1.2.3.4.5.6---Boom Boom Boom" then hangs up. Don't be their next victim.

scam. Don't fall for anything that they are trying to sell. Paid for Turbo Tax download. They sent me a email and the download instructions. Turbo Tax did download from the Turbo Tax site but, the license code is invalid. As mentioned with other victims. Email don't work. Phone number answers with "1.2.3.4.5.6---Boom Boom Boom" then hangs up. Don't be their next victim.

I ordered H&R Block tax software 2 days ago for $24.74 but unable to download, emailed them, no answer from them, called them, the answer is 123456 boom boom boom then hang up. Unable to contact with them, I got scammed. Do not order anything from them. Hope I can get money back from them.

I payed $54.99 for downloadable TurboTax Home and Business. This company did not provide a download link. I have tried to contact them several times via phone and email. There is no response.

In searching for a product through Google's shopping tab, I found the item available substantially cheaper on this website. I placed my order, but never received an email confirmation or information about how to download the digital tax software I ordered.

The transaction showed as pending on my credit card account this morning. Further research revealed that both their support email and their phone number did not work. I can only assume that this is not a legitimate business and will attempt to negate the pending charge or dispute it if it goes through.
