The dog was dropped off and then they came back with a fee for crate hire of 1800 before they could send the dog. Then the "dog" arrived at its first destination in Jordan and then they needed more money, 2400 QAR for vaccinations before the dog could proceed to us. We paid this. After requesting airline confirmation of where the dog is they have not confirmed or given us any proof.
Now they are requesting more money, 3800 for insurance for the dog. We requested more proof again about the airline and proof of the dog and they are not sharing these details to us.
They are very professional and I just hope that they can be shut down. I am glad that we are only out of pocket 5200 Qatar Rial but unfortunately for my family this is a big hit to us financially and emotionally.
