I placed an order for a shirt on 7/18/21. They took my money real quick, but never sent me my purchase. On August 13th, I emailed the company to follow up on the status and they proceeded to tell me the shipping company lost my order. I asked for a refund and they said they would charge me 15% of the purchase price. I argued with them and they said if I choose a replacement item they will send it fast. So I chose an item for the same price as the original. Well, it's September 9th and I still haven't received anything. I emailed them AGAIN, and they said it just got shipped. They do nothing but give you a run around. I'm opening a dispute with Discover and PayPal to report this company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!

l purchase from guchouse on July 17. 2021.they send me the wrong order. l send it back to them . They are saying they are not responsible for there mistakes and not refunding my money. Which of $50.00. That is a lost to me.

I ordered three shirts from Guchouse.com. Order No. ******** on Apr 02,2021. The prices shown for items were in pounds so I wrongly assumed they were in United Kingdom. After 3 weeks I contacted them by email at [email protected] and was told that my package was lost in customs. The CSR that responded to me spoke in broken sentences so I began to worry about country of origin. I was told that I would receive shipping information within 5 business days. Today is June 3, 2021 and I still don't have my clothing. When I track the package using Trackdog it shows my package in Wuhan, China. I have asked for a full refund including the shipping and was told to have patience. Today I started looking online for any information and found several pages of complaints on Facebook. This company is taking advantage of so many people.
