TLDR; If you signed the contract on their website and now they say you owe them money, you don't. The law states they have to give you 3 days to change your mind or it's void and not legally binding. The contract says it is binding the moment both parties sign. NO 3 DAY CONTEMPLATION PERIOD, NOT LEGAL, GET A LAWYER AND SUE THEM.

I stumbled upon Thomas Montgomery's fraudulent operation via Youtube's "Related Videos" section while researching business funding/grants. The video's on his channel seem like recordings of Zoom meetings with his "affiliates"(MLM sales team) in which he is talking about the good they do as a "non-profit" in helping small businesses acquire $100,000 in funding and how easy it is. Not sure if it isn't faked as there is never side B of the conversations in the videos.

Thought it sounded too good to be true, but why not check it out? I am GLAD that this is one contract I made sure to read!
Yes, they are setting up shell corporations in your name.
Yes, they are using a 3rd party "Broker" to LAUNDER MONEY through those shells for 10 cents cost on the dollar in order to FRAUDULENTLY make it appear as though your business is profitable and solvent.
The contract stipulates that you have to do EVERY SINGLE THING they tell you to do or else you default and owe them a bunch of money.
These things include high interest micro loans, any and all credit cards and SELLING SHARES OF YOUR BUSINESS TO INVESTORS, all of which could leave your credit score wrecked, high interest loans that will be due sooner than you can invest them into your company, and having all the risk and a minority share in your own business. plus they take more like 20+ percent of the "funding" you are supposed to get.

If you look up Thomas Montgomery or Guaranteed Funding through the SBA or CPSB you will find that he is at the head of an 80 "business" lawsuit against the SBA to try and get them to stop investigating them and their dealings. Totally sounds like what a legitimate organization would do...
Also he was arrested in Texas in 2022 for defrauding minority businesses, records available via a Google search.

I never signed the contract but they still have my info and I regularly get calls and emails from them and a random assortment of their "affiliates" that have fake and incomplete websites. "First Coast Small Business Consulting, LLC" was the newest one I received. Website is a demo site that has no actual text or functionality for the "LLC" that is supposed to get me money, that email was sent by this guy-> "lfbizconsulting.com" who is "https://www.linkedin.com/in/lonfanniel" and that lead me to here.

They called threatening to charge us if we do not take their offer to pay them $1000 for $100,000 in guaranteed funding. They explained how they would (illegal mind you) start a shell corporation in our state, transfer in funds, apply for a loan, and then take their funds out when the loan is through and then take a 10% fee and transfer the money from the fake to the real business. The scammer on the phone said he purchased our information and has DL #, SSN, etc which I assume was stolen elsewhere. They constantly are sending invoices to charge for the "service" we refuse to pay them for. We have never visited their "site" or signed any contracts as they claim we have. This is a complete scam and they need to be in jail.

This entity name is a shell company created by Thomas Montgomery in November 2022 TAXPAYER ID 32087262799 , HE OPERATES business paralegal, Institute For Improved Minority Financial Literacy and several other shell companies. He claims to operate an authorized program for the SMALL BUSINESS AGENCY(SBA). He RECRUITS AFFILIATES THEN sells accounts to these affiliates. He uses the whitelable partner . HE CLAIMS TO RAISE FUNDS FOR SMALL BUSINESS, Even if you don't have a small business he will get you under contract as such and bill you for services he did not do.
