I have three friends one has a daughter. They really needed help finding and qualifying for a house to rent since their landlord did not renew their lease. They were told by some lady that this guy has a company and that he can get them an apartment through his company. (Right away I was skeptical). He sent one of the ladies a contract. NONSENSE once I read it, I told them not to do it. On August 7th my friend was to pick up keys from a property Management Company in Pineville Matthews. She called and asked me to go with her. Oh, she had already given them a check for $2,500. Not to mention the $2,400 which they borrowed to give to this man Dorian Bell his company anyapartmentapproval. We went to pick up keys or to get back the Cashier's check which is in my friend's name. Only to be surrounded by Police officers detained for 2 hours and my friend was arrested. She was put in handcuffs and taken to jail because Dorian Bell promised them, he could fix their credit and get them approved in weeks. This DID NOT HAPPEN. Now we have to appear in court on August 28th. He hung up the phone on us he has not returned our money and he is still doing this to other people. By the way he doesn't meet with you at all. He does everything through CashApp. If anyone can help us get our money back, please let us know how. My friends were evicted because they now had no money at all and now, they are homeless. The landlord called animal control to take their pets from them. One of the ladies is handicapped she has cerebral palsy. She cannot be on the street, so she had to go to the hospital. This has been a nightmare. Dorian Bell we are asking for our $2400 back. This is not right.
