I purchased a French Bulldog (Or so I though) from Kristine Johnson Family paid $1000 for the puppy paid with Zelle. She said the puppy was sent to Guarantee Fast Shipping Express for express 1 day shipping. I was then contacted by the company requesting $700 to ship the puppy. I paid them through Zelle. Then I needed to pay them for Refundable Insurance in the amount of $1500. They said they would ship the puppy. Then they needed a $700 for shipping crate which was also refundable when puppy was delivered…then came the Creation and Activation Fee also refundable $1000 so this is where I said I was not paying any more bogus charges to get what I paid for. This is where I am today…

I was provided a tracking number which pointed me to this website where my package shows, 'on hold'. No phone number on the site to contact anyone so I sent numerous emails to info@guaranteefastshippingexpress.com but never received a response. Then I was given a phone number (913) 308-0638 by the person I purchased from that went to a call center. Once someone answered, I couldn't understand the person. Finally figured out this supposed shipper is holding my package of products purchased and is asking for a fully refundable insurance fee of $745 in order to complete delivery. I did further research only to find the company address on the website doesn't exist. I called the person I purchased from, Solomon Dunyel at (812) 213-0438 and it went to the same call center. SCAMMED!!!
