"Randy" called and said that he was sending the credit card cleaning wipes that needed for our machine. He posed as a representative from our credit card processing company. They shipped us a box of electronic cleaning wipes worth a few dollars and invoiced us $270 plus shipping and handling. Once you get the product, it can't be returned. They say that you need written authorization, but the number on the invoice goes to a voicemail that is never returned. --- major scam, BEWARE!
