Our non-profit, Friends of the Germantown Library, received an unsolicited email (copy attached). I called the number to cancel this service, as our group has NEVER had Norton coverage on our gmail account. I was on the phone with a "Daniel Bryan" for a long time. First he had me download "Team Viewer" which appears to be something give them remote access to my computer. He said I had to install this "free trial" in order for them to send the "Cancel-Send Refund" form. I did this, but when the form popped up, it asked for the bank name, whether it was checking or savings, etc. I played "dumb" and asked which bank they had on file, and he said, "The one you used." I said I hadn't used a bank account, and that there were "several accounts," so I did not know which one he was "referring" to. He asked, "How can that be, how can you not know the bank name?" I said (again playing dumb) that there were several accounts. He was insisted that I complete the form to get my "refund." This is when I terminated the call. He then called back 3 or 4 times, but I did not answer the call.
