My mother-in-law ordered a counter top cooking device from these crooks using her credit card in response to a TV infomercial. After that she began receiving mailer envelopes with cooking pamphlets that she did not order or authorize and being charged on her credit card, $14.90 a month for MANY months. She thought they were junk mail ads and tossed them since she did not order or authorize any items from the company. She was 87 at the time and asked me to handle her finances. When I saw the monthly charges and asked her about them she said she had only ordered the cooker and did not know what the charges were for. I returned several of the pamphlets to the crooks with a detailed letter requesting a refund for the items that were not ordered or authorized. I never even received a response and it took a a few months for them to stop billing her.
