Throughout the probationary period, I received packages with legitimate shipping labels and successfully completed all assigned tasks, sending out a total of six packages. There were no immediate red flags during this time, and the operations appeared credible.
Upon completing the probationary period on March 19, 2025, I was informed by GRX’s HR and Payroll Department that my paper paycheck had been mailed via USPS from California, and I was told to expect it within 10 business days. However, after more than 13 business days, I still had not received any payment. Despite reaching out multiple times to various points of contact within the company, I received no response. There was no tracking information provided for the paycheck, and all further communication attempts were ignored.
At this point, it became clear that Global Routing Experts was operating fraudulently. They used the promise of legitimate employment to have me process shipments without ever intending to compensate me for my work. Their method matches common "package reshipping scam" tactics, where individuals are tricked into handling stolen goods or unauthorized merchandise under the guise of employment.
I now realize that the entire operation was designed to exploit job seekers by gaining free labor under false pretenses, with no intention of fulfilling their contractual obligations. I have since taken steps to report the company to the appropriate authorities for employment fraud and mail fraud.

First things first. As you have read in your Employment Agreement, your first day of work will begin once you process your first order. This day will be reflected in the CRM system as: My Account - Account Details - Account Open Date. The dates of your following paydays will be shown there as well.
For your probation month you will earn $3250 base rate + $100 transport expenses = $3350/month.
In a permanent position you will earn $3700 base rate + $150 transport expenses = $3850/month.

Sometimes you will incur other job-related expenses for items such as clear packing tape, ink cartridges, basic printer, etc. You are eligible for reimbursement on these products. Just email the copies of your receipts for job related purchases to Payroll Department as an attachment. You can send them one by one, or submit all of them at the end of your probation.
The reimbursement for job related expenses, as well as a fixed amount of gas reimbursement will be added to your first paycheck altogether. No need to attach receipts for gas.
