They have a 14 day trial period on their website, in which you are supposed to be able to cancel your subscription before this trial is up. They do not respond to emails in these 14 days. Their website says that you need to fill out a cancellation form, however there is no cancellation form on their site. In this 14 day trial it says that a dedicated account manager will reach out to you, which does not happen. When you email them asking to cancel using their contact form (as this is the only contact information they have on their site) they will email back 1 time asking for username to look up account and for a screenshot of the charges, and then never respond again. They will continually keep charging your card until you cancel your card with your bank. They will receive many emails asking to cancel subscription with no response at all.
