I found this product (growl tap) online and purchased as a gift for my husband on September 21 2019. I received confirmation of order and payment by email. Email said it would be delivered by USPS via 2-3 day shipping. It is now October 10, 2019 and I have received nothing. I called and emailed the company with no response. Now I see multiple identical complaints on this site and am sure it is a scam. I have filed a charge dispute with my bank and they are opening an investigation on the company. I suggest everyone else does this with their bank as well.
