Groupon on their website offered a iphone 12/12pro, they even let you select the memory level, color . Only to find that they are selling repair service ( Hey Groupon this is wrong I thought I was buying a Iphone 12 cell phone not repairs in Ohio. I live in Chicago Il I want my money back.( 1m 38s ) javier: OK then I start my letter campaign against your company first the ScamPulse.com service of mis leading ADs to older poeople

I purchased a service via Groupon for Valencia Medical Center. They advertised on the Groupon site for a $599.00 PRP Facial that if you purchased there you would actually get it for $549.00 they were advertising 10 left. I called today to book the appointment per the instructions on the voucher. I was told that they will not honor that because the price there is not what it costs today (keep in mind that they never asked how much I paid) so this tells me they either know thru whatever system they have with Groupon how much I paid or simply wanted me to pay more. They told me that they have been trying for a long time to get that ad off and that they would be happy to make the appointment and that I could bring the Voucher but to keep in mind that the service I wanted to book will cost much more. When I refused to pay more, I was told that then you will need to deal with trying to get your money back and they hang up on me.

This whole interaction doesnt sound like a vendor that isn't aware of this services being sold at that site. It sounded more like..if you want the service you will pay more!

Now I am left trying to get a response from Groupon since they dont have a phone number you can call.
