1/15/2021, I was called by a woman claiming to be a representative of the court that wanted to know if I wanted to be served at home or work. She provided me the name of the company, which did not have my correct address, had a previous address from three years ago. She did mention that should have not been done because they never sent the letter to my new address. I had never heard of the company, Global. I called Global and was told that they could stop the summons if I paid them the full amount or set up payment, but that I had to pay something on 1/15/2021, for a debt with Cash Store, I have been paying on that debt to another company Cottonwood Financial for the exact same debt. Global informed me that had just purchase that debt and that Cottonwood was a scam. I called both companies, but Cottonwood in turn said Global was a scam and not to accept any more calls. Globals had the tracking of debt Debt Management Group then Elite. But when I tried to search the Global company by name and phone that information was not found, But Cottonwood was found.

Need to know the legitimate company. Cash Store Corporate said once they sell a debt, they have no more dealings or information to provide.
