We were refered to this scam artist when another family member who lived by the owner refered us there we got there and the car we wanted and had asked about wasn’t available. He then went on to tell us he had another truck and he could get us in it today. We paid the money to the dealer at that point after he takes our money he then tells us the car won’t be ready till the next day because it needed another part so we leave and wait till the next day and the car was still not ready what was supposed to be a 30 min quick fix turned it to 4-5 hours at the dealership . I go to the garage where are car is being “worked on” and there is a “mechanic” in there who has no experience in keep libertys ( they are double framed and need a lift to get to the oil pan ) . So I tell him there are two frames and loosing one frame is the only way to get to the oil pan so he begins to pull at the oil pan which he’s supposed to be fixing and ends up snapping it off having to drill the rest of the screw out . So he puts the car back together and it never really drove properly cutting off while sitting in the car heat got cold. I called the dealer and asked what could be done he said he would let us know when to bring it by a month passed and on my way from work one night engine seized up . When approching the dealer again he told where to find the part and told me I was on my own
