I saw a sponsored ad on Facebook marketplace for a patio furniture set. I clicked the link and placed the order. I received a confirmation email from grillmember.com with my order number to track the status. After several weeks, the status had not changed. I contacted them via their support email and advised of this. They responded that the system would not sync with their warehouse but that they would check on the status of my order. A few days later, I saw a tracking number on my order. When I clicked the tracking number, it said my order was delivered. I never received my order. I contacted the company again and was given “tips” such as ask my neighbors and contact my post office. I responded that I wanted an immediate refund and that I would be contacting authorities and I have not received a refund or response.
