Got a phone call about a supposed loan taken out by me and my wife 5 years ago. This was the voicemail I received: "Hello my name is John Crawford I'm conducting an investigation. This number has been listed as a point of contact or relative contact for K*** C***. We are calling in regards to a formal complaint filed against this individual this morning. If you have any information on the whereabouts of this individual please notify our office at 844-200-0513. Our next step will be to file necessary documents with the local County authorities. We appreciate your cooperation." Scammed me and my wife out of over $700.

Caller claims to be conducting an investigation, looking for a relative and wants me to call and provide a contact number. Will not give actual location for security purposes. Refers to John Crawford as investigator. Mailing address PO Box 1037, Minneapolis Mn, 55404. Seems like a huge scam. Same thing happened a year ago and when my daughter was on the phone they would still not say what it was about.
