I ordered what was supposed to be two 9 globe Turkish lamps from greyok.com. upon receiving my packages it was obvious before even opening that it was not the correct item in either package. Emailed customer service with my complaint and got a response from them the next day saying that the floor lamps are out of stock and that they wanted me to take the incorrect items and a partial refund of $25 in lieu of what I ordered. Upon doing some research, I found several customer reviews stating that greyok had done the exact same thing to them and that it just seems to be what they do. They advertise something really nice and that's a great deal, then they switch it out for something much less of a good deal and they expect you to be ok with what they sent you without your input at all. They have the audacity to require the customer to pay return shipping!
