I don’t know if “the fault” is aimed toward the retail/warehouse company or the international shipping company. But both companies have chosen not to respond with a status to retrieve or reimbursement. I originally searched Google for affordable tires. I went to the website and filled out my information. This company stated I was eligible for an unbelievable discount of 4 tires for the price of one. The company address is located in Ontario, but shipping info/status stated items were being shipped from Hong Kong. Tracking information identified my ordered in Florida, but I live in Alabama. After making the purchase online I have received no new updates.
