Deceptive Practices

I bought (3) tops from a website advertised on Facebook. They claimed they were made and shipped within the US. It took four weeks to receive. I chose to keep one and wanted to return the two because they weren't sewn properly. Their email said they would give me at first $17 then $26. I paid $72 for the two shirts. I told them I would accept a substitution. They said I had to return, at my own expense to Dubai, then they would refund my account. This is such a scam!
