I ordered a print of an original piece of artwork from a website. The owner of the website claims to be the owner of this art archive. The owner never delivered the item. The owner strung me along for months, making excuses that the orders were held up in customs. I asked several times for a refund. The owner originally stated he would refund my order, which he did not. The owner then told me to just report the charge to my bank. The owner then proceeded to send me a condescending email after I told him I did not believe he was running a legitimate business.
