I recieved a call on 12/12/17 about a payday loan that I supposedly made in 2012. I told the lady that I had paid said loan three different times and never recieved any kind of confirmation from it. She insisted that I had. I initially made arrangements on it one more time with her assurance that I would get confirmation on payment. Then I recieved another call from different company about loan, I protested it and she said that the company had filed many false claims from them and took it off. I researched Greenwood Holding on your site and saw where they had other claims of scam against them. So I called Greenwood Holdings back and told them to cancel my payment because of that situation. She proceeded to tell me I would be served and I needed a good lawyer.

My ex mother in law received a call from Robert G, caller id unknown, first red flag.

Told her he was from the state of Michigan location services fraud investigations calling on behalf of the petitioners, second red flag.

Told her to have me call back at 855-209-6904.

I called the state of Michigan, no one there by that name, they are unaware of any claim associated to my name, third red flag.

I looked up the phone number and G holdings, there are several complaints that are similar to mine, fourth red flag

I called 855-209-6904, no info given just says prevention claim services, talked to a rep, I would not confirm any info as with four red flags, this appeared to be fraudulent. I was told back in 2013 I took out a loan from Greenwood holdings and never paid it back. This is absolutely false. I have never had any dealings with  or the million other companies they appear to be doing business with.

First, Roberts claim to be with the state of Michigan is false, that is impersonation, I have filled a complaint with the state. Second, with the state of Michigan, trying to impersonate an officer if that’s what he was doing is also against the law…and the police do not get involved in civil matters.

I have filed several complaints regarding this call, in as many places as I could find to put the info. I will continue to make complaints and advise the state that GHoldings employees are falsely representing themselves as state workers.

G Holdings needs to stop scamming people.
