Received a "deferred" interest loan, no interest if paid in full within 18 months. We have been paying $500 per month and the loan should be paid in full in 11 months, well before the 18 months. However, they are still charging interest at a rate of 24.9% every month and reporting it to the credit bureaus as the increased amount. Essentially, they are charging and reporting money we don't owe. I believe it is criminal and fraudulent, best case scenario unethical. Buyer's beware, avoid using this company if you can help it.
