Advertized wind chimes humming bird feeders with blown glass balls in a beautiful colorful swirl pattern. I ordered 2, one in red, the other blue. Subtotal $79.98, $6.99 shipping for a total of $86.97.

I received cheap plastic balls that were not clear or remotely nice on sat. Feb 17, 2024. I realized I had been scammed and immediately notified the seller via email I wanted a refund because my order was not the quality shown in the ad, cheap plastic instead of blown glass, and I was not satisfied with my order. I told them I wanted my money back - false advertising and cheap balls were sent.

Their response on Sunday Feb 18th: They requested a picture of the item and shipping label on the package. They said their team would decide a solution and do not return to the address on the shipping label before the return is approved. I responded I wanted my money back!

Monday Feb 19th: We are truely sorry to hear that the product did not meet your expectation. Regarding this situation, we will report this issue to our supplier so that they can improve the quality of the product. Since the item is workable, I would like to offer you a 15% refund of the item as compensation. Also, you don't need to spend extra time and shipping fee to return this item to our warehouse. Is this proposal acceptable to you? If you are willing to accept this refund, please reply to this email so that we can have this process started.

My response was: I want my full refund. You falsely advertized. This is clearly a scam. As for as workable? It doesn't work at all.

I want my money back.

The second contact that day: We are so sorry to hear that you are not willing to accept this suggestion. This is the best proposal that I can provide to you, but in this case, I have checked with our manager, we would like to offer you an exceptional proposal which will be provided to you only: how about we provide a 20% refund for the product.

Otherwise, you will cost more than 20USD for shipping the product back to us and customers need to be responsible for the returning shipping fee. However, due to the instability of logistics, we do not recommend that you return the package. Otherwise, we will not bear the losses caused by logistics.

I would be very grateful if you would accept our offer. I look forward to hearing from you.

Again I responded I want a full refund!

Again on Monday they sent: We are very sorry about this situation, and after confirming that we would like to provide a higher discount for you, we have decided to refund you 30%.

If this is acceptable to you, please reply to this email and we will process the refund for you at the first time.

I responded I want a fullmtefund for the defective ugly set of plastic balls sent which were not as advertized.

Tue Feb 20th: In this case, we would like to refund you 35% of the product and you do not need to return the product to our warehouse, which is the highest refund we can offer.

I responded I want full refund of my money and as far as shipping to China… you are nuts! You didn't ship it from China, so I'm not shipping it back there. I want a full refund for this piece of crap you sent!

Wed Feb 21: According to our return policy, we can only process your refund after we receive your returned shipment, which will take more than 20 business days. Since our return address is not the address on the shipping label, the return shipping cost may cost you more than $20.

Another on Wed: Since we have many warehouses in different countries, the labor cost and warehouse fee is different. More over, the goods for returning are not for sale to US customers anymore, so we only accept the items return to our China warehouse. Only China warehouse receive the return parcel, then we can refund the payment to you. Hope you can understand.

To apologize, we are willing to give you a 45% refund to keep the product in order to avoid the hassle of returning it.

The last on Wed: After confirmation, we would like to offer you a 50% refund and you keep the product, which is the maximum we can offer. Otherwise we can only jump to return and refund progress, however, in terms of our refund policy, buyers need to bear the return shipping fee which will cost more than 20$.

Since we both suffered a loss, we sincerely hope you will consider our offer. we would greatly appreciate your understanding and look forward to hearing from you.

Sat Feb 24: In this case, we decided to offer you a 65% refund, which we rarely offered to our customers before.

We sincerely apologize for the unpleasant shopping experience, but we will be grateful if you are willing to accept this offer.

So far, this is the last e-mail from them. I feel they are trying to make me run out of time to get a refund and they are refusing to give me my money back. If I mail the package of incredibly cheap balls, they will say they received them damaged and deduct a % off my refund. This is clearly a scam.

Advertised as hand blown glass balls made into a humming bird feeder. What arrived where cheap plastic balls. The $60 bird feededer was a $1 knockoff. Tried to return right away. Offered a 10% refund, then 20%, then 30% then 35%, will not answer emails anymore.

Tell you: Thank you for your support and interest in our store! We are so sorry that our product did not satisfy you.

In this case, we would like to refund you 35% of the product and you do not need to return the product to our warehouse, which is the highest refund we can offer.
