Ordered pressure washer from this company for 145.00. Never received my order. Tried to contact company and there is no way to speak to anyone. Address and phone number is fake.

I searched google for a lawn mower, and when comparing prices greenjad.com consistently had the lowest prices of any website. The website uses PayPal for the customer to purchase the item. After purchasing the lawn mower I received a confirmation email. On the day the lawn mower supposed to arrive I contacted their customer service email, but received a response in how they "really did ship it" in somewhat broken English and that would re-ship it. Again the item never came, and said they would send a refund, but that also never came. I contacted their customer service phone line from their website, but it directed me to some text-messaging/cell-phone provider service. It was all fake. I researched the company online and found other complaints of people experiencing exactly what I went through.

I bought a product online from greenjad.com. I never received an invoice. Money was taken out of my Paypal. I waited 2 weeks no emails or item. I emailed greenjad.com. They said there was a problem with the shipping and the item returned to them. They said I would receive a refund shortly. No refund. No information about shipping.
