we purchased 5 ebb flow benches from greenhouse in once the purchase was made, they sent us a tracking number then the shipping company (transin) sent us an email stating that we needed to transfer another $2720 for port fees and insurance we declined and asked greenhouse in who had already charged us for shipping to take care of the issue or send us a refund. after 5 day we haven't had any response from greenhouse in or transin about our money or equipment.
