Possible puppy scammers. They Refused to communicate other than email. Won't answer any questions, who is vet, or their own personal phone number, name, address. Will not meet in person, online air delivery only. Need money sent. Puppies $650 each. I suspect them to be scammers and think they need looked at.

Bought a puppy online from him. Paid for him in full, never gave me any shipping info. Day the puppy was supposed to ship, I paid a 100% refundable pet flight insurance and after that, he refuses to answer me back. I don't have the puppy and won't refund me.
