I ordered a greenhouse as well from the company for 159.99 and I notice that when you hit the contact us it comes up to a weird gmail address. I googled the company address and it shows a house in MO. So I disputed the transaction and my bank because they provided a tracking number wouldn't refunded me back. It took them 90 days to decline my dispute. when on the phone with them I looked up my email and found 2 for this month saying to pay for the purchase and one saying they canceled the order. So how can they process the order ship it off saying it was delivered and then send me an email saying it was canceled and pay for it again.? they are fake and scam artists. when I clicked on order history it states that the site is down for maintenance

I ordered a greenhouse on May 10th. Paid through my checking account. $159.00
On May 17th they sent me an email saying it has been shipped. I have sent 22 reply's to them. On June 14th I got an email asking me how I liked my order.Have not gotten the order. Now the page with my order #SOAZD is no longer on Website. it Says page not found 404.Don't know how else to get ahold of them except email address.

I purchased a greenhouse online and it seemed legit with a return policy and PayPal form of secure payment. After the purchase a week went by and no response to shipping date. I sent an email and still no response. I contacted the seller through PayPal website and they responded that it was still processing. On the website it said that the processing time is one day and shipping 7 business days. A couple days later he provides a tracking number that shows it was delivered a week ago but with a package weighing 3.2lbs. The greenhouse i ordered weighs 300lbs. I have contacted UPS and they cant find the package and are investigating it. PayPal has also not helped in resolving the issue due to the seller providing tracking number that shows package was delivered.
