I recieved an Instagram message from Greendot Bank saying I won money. It states all I had to do was have an account with them and I would receive money. I setup my account and they asked for my personal username and password to verify it was setup. I thought it was odd but gave it to them anyway. They told me in order to win, I had to deposit $300. So I ask for the sweepstakes rules, they never provided me with it. Then they said I had no money of activity on my account. I said because it is a new account. So they demand me to put the money in to win. So I contacted Greendot bank to see if they ask you for your username and password and they said they do. First they said I won $2000 then they said I won $5000. They took my $300 claiming it was for processing and I will get it back. Then they said I had to have an IRS certificate or pay $700 for them to do this for me. I asked for my money back. they said it was not refundable. They never showed me the sweepstakes rules disclosure I asked for.
