A company was hired with no contact information( email, website, facebook, address) by the property managing company to replace toilets and faucets under the name Green Team and then another name was printed on T-shirts ESC and which appears brand new I am not sure if they are a brand new company with no contact information or are a real company to be honest or a subset of the property management company disguising itself as an out of state business. The math for their reasoning to replace and reduce water usage does not add up in a few lines after doing the mathematics myself. They are an out of state company who travel and reduce water maybe from Minnesota but another person said Pennsylvania. I am not sure if they are a real business or not I am reporting a potential fraud that I am unsure of and many residents are also concerned and many are moving out. They use fancy rental cars and a Budget rental truck it might be their first big apartment.
