I applied for a rental property that was unfit once viewed; this company states you can rent as is with a 300.00 deposit or they will do work with a 900.00. I applied sent in all information asked for and was denied due to NOT ENOUGH MONEY IN MY ACCOUNT!! which was untrue. I sent 2 different accounts with money in them. Their process doesn't even state anything about having to have a certain amount of funds in your account. When contacted he stated to apply again and pay 40.00 again. He is stealing peoples money and denying them for the property!! please put them out of business this is distrustful and scamming!!
