Scam, I cannot find information on this agency.

I received a call a couple weeks ago. Stating they were going to serve me papers. I missed the call, called back and was sent to a lady who said she was an “IRD mediator”. I spoke to her, she gave me the name of the creditor and how much I owed. This account was from 6 years ago. I then received an email from “Michael Storm” with Greenleaf Agency, but upon my research I cannot find info on the agency, just scam reports. They took my payment Through MGbillpay.com

This company called me and stated that they were going to serve me papers etc. If I didn't call them back they were very ugly. I called back and set up and arrangement for an old debt.
I have communication letters, contact information for a Michael Strome ( Supervisor) 877-874-7577 ext.100. It was through MGBillPay.com and deducted from my banking. I have records. However, I am now being contacted by a new Collection Agency, stating I still owe debt.
I am out 352$ at this time and as of now the "original" debt company has no proof that I made a payment on this old debt.

This company called me and stated that they were going to serve me papers etc if I didn't call them back they were very ugly. I called back and set up and arrangement for an old debt. I started doing some research and the deeper i dug the more I felt this was not a legit collections company. I decided to call the company and cancel my arrangement due to having this feeling they were a scam, and I emailed the gentleman that emailed me and his response was "your payment is already being processed and cannot be cancelled; you need to pay your bill", this did not seem like the actions of a actual collections company and therefor I continued to try and call. Again I kept digging and i can not find this company anywhere.

I finally spoke to someone and he was refusing again to cancel my arrangement and kept putting me on hold, and coming back to me with different things and I was continuing to ask to cancel the payment. I had to argue with him and tell them I contacting the ScamPulse.com until he finally stated that the payment was cancelled, and that I could call back to set up a new arrangement. I am out 300$ at this time and as of now the "original" debt company has no proof that I made a payment on this old debt.

This company is bogus and uses scare tactics to harass people. I am very concerned that other people are being harassed and actually not catching on like I did.
