I received a messenger text from someone on messenger who I thought was my dear friend but found out later after scamming me out of thousands dollars through gift cards and Zelle transfers that this person wasn't really her because she told me her phone wasn't working and was waiting for a new one. However, somehow this person did call me trying to disguise there voice as her which means they must know her because they tried to imitate her high pitched voice...when I realized that it was not her, I called them a liar. This was after I had been scammed out of all thus money that I did not have. She introduce me to a (GGF) Government Grant Funding Program and you call this number and say put me on the list...They call you back and then send you a poor application form and you fill out your information such as name, address, telephone number, who recommended you, Occupation, monthly income, gender, single or married, age, religion, and preference of cash or check you want to receive and also send a picture of yourself. After they check your info to see if you're qualified for the program which everyone will be considering they are scam artists. Then then send you a list of money you want and the prices you have to pay for it. They then tell you to buy gift cards and take pics of them front and back. They asked you to also take pictures of the receipt and also the package. They tell you that your package will be delivered to your front door. They're very pushy and rush you for these transaction. Long story short...while waiting on this pkg... your suppose to receive in a matter of hours...they come up with more excuses and lies to why the package did not arrive therefore squeezing more and more funds out of you for insurance/liability etc... for accidents that allegedly occurred and so on...Long story short is that my friend is a Christian woman of God as well as myself and how could I not believe her. They picked the right person to use for this scam. I was very suspicious in the beginning but she convinced me to continue with her proof of what she had to do and a picture of the money in FedEx box she received which clenched the deal. She kept telling me to give these people what they wanted because they require honesty. They even had the nerve to ask me for my bank info when, I couldn't come up with fast money however, I did not give them this but was making me more and angry a more suspicious however, my so called friend is a good friend who would never lie to me which is why they got me good so, beware of these scammers because they even have a second number from Washington DC that calls you which I knew the government would never call anyone. I maxed out my credit cards and even took out a loan which I did not need and now responsible for all of these bills leaving me in limbo. I worked so hard to build my credit up and they may have screwed that up for me as well as trying to pay my next months rent. These are the 2 numbers that they called me from and also called back. 1 786 506 7964 and 1 202 858 9048. Signed furious.
