Purchased an above ground pool through my paypal account in amount of $748.80. I contacted E K at his email address online to ask about delivery. He suggested i call him to discuss. While on the phone, he proceeded to "confirm" my name, address, and last 4 digits of my cc number. After giving him the details, he took the money then called paypal posing as myself and proceeded to 'close and resolve' a dispute with the pool. So, it was never his intention on sending me the item, even after multiple attempts to get a tracking number, etc. Enclosed is the text messages of such conversation. 2 total.
