I purchased a free-trial on CBD oil plus capsules from Green Canyon for the postal delivery fee only. No actual receipt was given via email, or in the box when the product arrived. Upon doing research on the trial, I decided to cancel. When I called, a 3rd party tried to get me to purchase the unused portions delivered at a discounted rate, but I immediately cut her off with no thank-you. So, verbally she did everything I asked to cancel future deliveries, but when I received the cancellation email, the order number did not match the orginal order numbers. We did discuss both numbers as each product had a separate number. The invoice cancelled was an E-book that was never discussed with the original offer. Three calls later, I'm supposed to receive an email within 24-48 hours canceling. I cancelled the one-time card number I used. BTW, I'm supposed to return the unused product to this address: P.O. Box 15911, Tampa, FL 33684. I'll wait for the cancellation numbers to return.
