Outright Scam

I ordered an electric stove on September 19, 2022. Never received it. I sent emails a month after order and two months after order. Reply was that they'd check with the warehouse as to why it hadn't shipped. After several more emails from me with no reply I called Amex to see if they could somehow refund my $580 because I never received my merchandise.
Unfortunately for me I didn't know the Federal regulation or law that says after sixty (60) days the credit card companies cannot refund your dispute. Notice to all, file a fraud claim and dispute the transaction within sixty (60) days of your purchase or else you'll have to eat it like I did.
Also, Greenbox USA website is now defunct. Down for maintenance it says. Anyway, watch out for this scam website and online seller good people. Don't waste your time and lose your money.

Hot water heater from Green Box USA

On Sept 21, 2022 I bought an RV hot water heater for $176. Right away they said we would get a confirmation soon. Nothing came, not a confirmation, no water heater ever came so we cancelled and asked for a refund. Today is Nov 29, 2022 and I am still waiting. After 36 emails back and forth all they say is that they are waiting for the team to approve and send my refund. I hate to think that I will not get any money back

They are total "scaammers"

I paid $1,571 for a sonar transducer which never arrived. Emails, etc. I reported them to the Better Business Bureau who got no response. I received a notice that it was a "residence address". I am, and you can also report them to the FTC Fraud Website.

Can't call and no reaction to request for

Bought a seat for my boat. Apparently they didn't have and wouldn't refund money until they check with their "logistics dept". LOL That was probably the jerk who does every thing as Green Box USA. NO response, no return call requests, no refund ($104,00). They post a return item policy, but you can't get a call thru to initiate. Total scam, and worse, they don't even appear to care that you realize it. Wish I could describe my real feelings without getting sued. They are cheats, scammers and thieves. Whoever they are should be arrested for mail fraud.

I purchased an order on their website and after looking at a suspicious looking order confirmation email I googled if it was real or not and i found it was most likely a scam after realizing i was being scammed i tried to cancel my order adnd of course got the run around about how they were unable to cancel my order
